Ncube Online Shop will not be liable for missing package due to customer's error in providing an incorrect/insufficient address. For returned package, the redelivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Courier delivery
- Flat rate of SGD8.00 for all orders.
- Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD80.00.
You can expect to receive your orders within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time depends on the courier service's schedule, and can be any time between 9am to 10pm.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.
All international orders may be subjected to value-added tax (VAT) and additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the respective customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your international parcels and there is a possibility that the delivery of your parcels may be delayed due to customs clearance. Ncube Online Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Due to COVID-19, there will be delays in international shipments from Singapore to other countries. International delivery usually takes up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
